Shock Tube Welding

Welding shock tubes requires precise torch to work height, high quality wire, and careful heat parameters. We designed our Lathe Welder Mini precisely for applications like this. Once set up, it will produce parts quicker and more consistent when compared to hand and friction welding. This system maintains roundness and a perfect tip to work ratio over the entire part.
Off-Road Component Welding

Built to take a beating, off-road components require high penetration welds to survive big hits. Our robotic weld cell is the best option for fast repeatable high strength welding. Our weld cell utilizes rotary headstocks snyced with a welding robot to reach all sides of large parts. Being able to rotate the part means a majority of welds will be at an optimal torch angle. Then combined with stitch pulse and pulse welding techniques you can insure your welds look as good as they function. From Rock Crawlers to linked suspension components we've made a system for your needs.
Sportbike Muffler Welding

Light weight exotic materials and oblong shaped circular welds take considerable fixturing and great heat management. Our Lathe Welder has an integrated robotic arm synced with our lathe headstock to achieve consistent welds on any weld profile. A choice of tig welding system allows delicate heat application on thin walled parts. Further fitted with quick change fixturing, a full enclosure, and fume extraction our Lathe Welder promotes quick part turnover and a safe production environment.
