Manufacturing is a messy and abrasive business. Overtime components break down, get covered in grime, and operate like they used to. We'll clean up your system and make sure it looks as good as it runs when its returned to you.
Re-Tooling
The biggest component of refurbishing an old system is updating it with new robotics and automation equipment. This will drastically increase its throughput and ease of use. Optionally we can also re-make its fixturing or create all new fixtures for old and new parts.
Re-Wiring
Outside of replacing tooling and robotic features, updating a systems electronics and safety features are great ways for ensuring a long service life with no work place accidents. Adding safety scanners, mats, and light curtains help bring old systems up to current safety standards. A systems control panel houses most of the wiring and is often the fist place causing tricky to diagnose intermittent issues. Depending on your systems age, we'll either replace it all together or replace specific components/wiring.
