Contour-Arc offers full in-house production capabilities for customers who prefer a single-source solution. Through decades of building custom automation equipment and welding fixtures, we've developed a robust manufacturing floor with dedicated robotic weld cells — now available for contract welding customers nationwide.
Contract Welding
When you're looking to outsource your welding or not quite ready for full automation in-house, we'll weld your parts at our southern California facility. We're capable doing large and small runs and we guarantee a consumer ready weld appearance and great weld penetration. We currently offer both Mig and Tig welding. With standard weld cells and welding lathes we can weld nearly any shape and size.
Machining & Turning
Our Facility houses many machines capable of bring your products and fixtures to life. Whether you have an existing design you need produced or just an idea please reach out for a quote. Currently, all sheet metal work designed in house but outsourced locally for production.

Sheet metal Part Production
At Contour-Arc, we specialize in precision sheet metal part production, offering services such as cutting, bending, and hardware insertion to meet your specific needs. Our skilled team utilizes advanced equipment to ensure high-quality results that enhance your projects. Available for small and large batch production.
Product Assembly
Usually needed in conjunction with our welding or machining services we will assemble and efficiently pack your parts for shipment.
3D Scanning
3D Scanning takes all the guess work out of 3D modeling complex features and part inspection. Accurate up to 0.03mm, we can reverse engineer parts and create accurate 3D models of anything you made need. Available in house and at your location.
