Shown below are our turn key systems as well as information on fully custom machinery should our turn key options not fit you use case. Every system is tailored to your parts before it leaves our shop. This way, when it arrives at your facility you can be running parts that day.

The Lathe Welder is a precision welding system engineered for continuous circumferential welds on components of virtually any shape, including circular, oval, square, and irregular profiles. Available in two sizes and compatible with both MIG and TIG processes. Its fully enclosed design supports effective fume extraction for a safer, cleaner workspace, while easy access to key components reduces downtime and simplifies maintenance. Designed for both high-volume production and specialized fabrication, the system delivers consistent, high-quality welds with reliable, repeatable accuracy.

Our Robotic Weld Cell is a dual-station, high-productivity system designed for continuous automated welding with maximum flexibility. Each station features a headstock and tailstock for controlled part rotation, ensuring consistent quality on complex welds, while a 180-degree rotary indexer allows one station to operate as the other is loaded to minimize downtime and boost throughput. Supporting MIG, TIG, and laser processes. Integrated light curtains and safety scanners enhance workplace safety, making it a reliable, scalable solution for demanding production environments.

The Lathe Welder Mini removes the robot from its larger counterpart to provide a compact solution for welding round parts. The Mini remains fully enclosed to protect workers eyes and will easily hook up to your fume extraction system. It uses the same headstock and tailstock for our larger system to ensure ease of use and product longevity.

The Weld table is a compact welding system built around the latest cobots so you can get welding faster and safer. Fitted with a rotary table and optional tailstock this system can handle anything you throw at it. Automated weld screens and cobot safety mechanisms ensure an accident free system. Combining the ease of programing with a cobot and a rotary table provides Weld Cell like production capabilities on a smaller scale.

When one of our pre-built systems doesnt fit you manufacturing needs or you need automation that doesnt involve welding we will custom design and build a system for you.
